Interference field is something that causes the fundamental bio-electrical structure of the cell to alter. A healthy cell should have potassium while the liquid that contains the cell should have sodium. Electrolytes help each cell to act like a battery with a potential between -40 and -90 millivolts. But a negative effect lowers this potential and this, is the beginning stage of falling ill.
Negative stimulations originating from the problematic area spread to the whole system, namely the body. If the oxygen metabolism is enough, the cell can easily pull itself together with this energy. However, if there are hard, dense and constant stimulations, this cannot happen. Because the cell keeps producing rhythmic discharges since it has lost its electrical potential. This constitution, called the “Interference field” lives with the person from then on.
External factors (interventions on the body like infections, traumas and operations) we come along throughout our lives, have the potential to create interference fields. Stimulations coming from these fields (primary focus) which are the source of the problem, may cause secondary focuses to form on another area by affecting the transmission network. Modern medicine tries treating the affected organ, that is the secondary focus, and this may get in the way of a permanent recovery.
Infection focuses, traumas, operations and faulty dental treatments have a high potential of forming interference fields. Especially head-neck area is rich in means of these fields.
Repetitive local anesthetic injections increase cell’s potential. Procaine, a short-active local anesthetic used in this therapy, hyperpolarize the cell with its -290 millivolt power. Each injection leaves an amount of potential until the cell stores -40-90 millivolt, which is its normal potential. This way the cell becomes healthy again, the electrical potential of the cell increases to the level it should be and the cell membrane gets stabilized. Thus, the negative effects of interference fields on autonomic nervous system are eliminated.
Neural therapy, while helping the recovery in the first stages of the sickness also prevents diseases with neurovegetative regulations, which is known as preventive medicine.
Neural therapy stimulates and regulates the vegetative (autonomic) nervous system that is basically a huge electrical network. Autonomic nervous system and blood vessels end in transcellular fluid and in this system called the matrix, take place biochemical and biophysical processes. However getting sick lowers this matrix’s liquidity and cause imbalances in it.
Prof. Dr. Ricker stated that each external stimulation (mechanical, thermal, chemical, physical, electromagnetic, toxic, pathogenic, etc.) cause a decrease in frequency and amplitude in the autonomic nervous system (afferent sympathetic neurons). Today, we know that harmful stimulus affects nerve endings first.
Complaints about a completely different organ may lighten or totally be gone after the neural therapy on the interference field (flash phenomena or flash effect).
There are three different versions of this application: superficial (on the skin), segmental and deep injections. First, there are tiny needles, called quadle, applied on the skin on the problematic area (injecting a small amount of procaine intradermally). In the second phase, segmental treatment, injections are applied on the problematic segment and its connection to the spinal cord. Here, quadle is applied on the skin around the spinal cord.
With segment treatment, negative stimulations on the related organ that use either the cuti-visceral reflex pathway or viscero-visceral reflex pathway are regulated and the therapeutic effect of neural therapy shows itself.
Third phase is the treatment of interference fields that are detected mostly by taking the patient’s history. Injections on these areas might bring immediate recovery (flash phenomena).
